Hi everyone,
Well with a couple of week's hiatus behind me and a 19 week 1/2 Marathon Clinic in front of me, I had a pre-clinic LSD this morning and a couple of the clinic members showed up. Thanks, Sara and Venice for the company.
I biked down to the running room for 8:20 and was pleased to see that a couple of the registered folks had shown up. We went through some first principals for the clinic and then headed off for our first 7 km run. It went well and everyone made it to the top of Fallingbrook Hill with no real difficulty and then turned around and came back along the boardwalk for a really spectacular beach view finish. The song of the run was The Other Side of Summer by Elvis Costello.
