Hi there
Met my new BFFL's this evening in the Beaches Running Room. There are 32 participants in the 1/2 Marathon Clinic - they seem really nice, too bad about the instructor.
Tonight after the introductory work, we went out for a 4.5 km run which everyone completed and looked brilliant doing so. There was some construction along the boardwalk so we will be modifying our base 5 km route to avoid having to run on some sand (which is not as difficult as running on snow but is not much fine).
The song of the run was Tom Waits' Grapefruit Moon.
