Hi there,
Out in Edmonton with the WGG visiting family and this morning went to the original mother store of the Running Room for a 12km group run with their 1/2 Marathon Clinic group led by Anastassia.
Very beautiful route along the river valley. Killer hill at the end near Emily Murphy Park but aside from that really nice, scenic and not too hot. Mosquitoes were a bit horrid during some of the shady bits but I was slathered in Deet, so got through it with only a few minor bites.
