Hi everyone,
Well, at least it was cooler tonight. Probably only 26 C and the humidity was way down. Good thing as we were doing hills.
Three hills tonight - had a bit of problem with my asthma in the heat but a quick Salbutimol hit and I was good to go. My homeboy Dave Edmunds came through with the Song of the Run, The Creature from the Black Lagoon and it was suddenly a great night. We followed up with our first pub night of the clinic and I want to thank those 15 thirsty runners who decided to show up. You are as great drinking companions as you are running companions!
OK, so I will be running in Edmonton on the weekend and Yellowknife and Hay River next week. Update you soon!
