A long, slow run in the rain today - 17km on my newly tattooed legs. I spent about 2 1/2 hours under the needle yesterday and now have a Welsh Dragon on my left leg and Maple Leaf on my right.
This is all in support of my run in my home town of Cardiff coming up in mid-October.
So today's run was out to McLean - Rosetta Park, really nice route but it rained the whole way. It was an out and back route, run until you hit the 8.5 km point and then turn around and come back. Song of the run was While my Guitar Gently Weeps by George Harrison. Simply the best Beatles Song period.
Back at our clinic on Tuesday night. Update you all again then.
