The 366 runs of my 57th year - the first week for real!

Hey everyone,

My running tools track Monday to Sunday as the "running week" and from this point on, I will as well - reporting here weekly.

Well nine runs under my belt. Couple of observations, I am not really pushing my cardio, my "points in the red" on Strava indicates that I am maintaining rather than improving cardio - not that it is a bad thing. My cardio is pretty damn good, but it does tell me that I could, perhaps, be taking some of the shorter runs a bit harder and I will do that with my next run, tomorrow. In the mean time, here is what my week looked like.








Today's run, my Long Slow Distance (LSD) is shown below - truly lovely, and if you click on the map you will see some pictures I took on walking breaks.
