The 366 runs of my 57th year - week 3

Hi everyone,

Well I seem to be keeping up with the overall plan - run every day, no runs less than 3km. What I am finding though is that those shorter runs do provide some sort of rest strategy which is very helpful.

Some stats for last week.






It is great that I have been moving the weekly number up by about 7% or so since I started this and I must say that while sometimes I don't feel like running, I always feel amazing after I finish it so it is always worth it.

Well, don't have a lot of time for an update today but I will be posting something in a couple of days. Keep the faith!
